Queenstown restaurants: dining, conference, wedding and function venues.

At functions we recommend offering two types of red wine and two styles of white.

The most popular reds are Pinot Noir, grown and made locally, and a heavier style such as Shiraz or Merlot.

White wine drinkers would expect to see chardonnay and sauvignon blanc but you may wish to substitute one of these with a pinot gris, another popular local style.

We request advance notice of the wines you'd like served at your function to ensure ample supplies of each type.

Function wines are charged by the bottle, rather than by the glass.

We recommend providing 7 days' notice of your preferred wines so we can ensure delivery of sufficient stock.

Non-alcoholic beverages
Lemonade, coke, ginger ale, fresh juices and mineral water are available from $4 to $6 per glass.

Tea and coffee are also available at functions. For functions we recommend the filter coffee/tea bag option at $2.50 per cup. Espresso style coffees are available at smaller functions for $4.50 per cup.

Beverage Package

Charging for beverages consumed is the most affordable way to manage function beverages. We are happy to cap the beverage tab at a pre-determined limit or restrict purchases to a set range of wines and beers.

Some event managers request a beverage package at a pre-determined price for a set time. We recommend up to five types of wine and 3 types of beer at functions. Our package wines are recommend below but

Basic Beverage package:
For tap beer, soft drinks and house wine, and tea/coffee to finish, $48 pp for 2-hour, $59 pp for 3 hour, $70 pp for 4 hour

For premium package, add $22 pp to above prices for bottled beer and premium New Zealand and Australian chardonnay, pinot gris, sauvignon blanc, merlot cabernet and pinot noir.
