Located in central Queenstown, Prime and Tatler provide ideal spaces for meetings and conferences, featuring views, ambience and facilities not commonly found in hotel function rooms.

Tatler's Spectator Room is an intimate and inviting space with a covered balcony perfect for breakout.

Prime is a spacious, modern venue with a balcony suitable for breakout on fine days although heating and cover is available even on wet days.

Prime is located right next to the main Queenstown Pier so if your team-building exercise involves fishing, you're perfectly placed to enjoy your trout for lunch.

If your event requires the competitive element to be indoors, what about virtual sports with a Nintendo Wii?

At both Tatler and Prime we offer venue-only rental options as well as competitively-priced Day Delegate packages that include morning and afternoon tea and lunch catering.

Venue-hire and Day Delegate packages include use of data projectors and TV (Sky by arrangement), set up and staffing. Additional amenities are available on request.

 

Tatler

Tatler Restaurant and Bar And The Spectator Room

Built in the late 19th century, Tatler features historic ambience and elegant décor that includes original features such as the working fireplace in the Spectator Room.

Tatler is located in the centre of Queenstown and is a two-storeyed building with the main restaurant downstairs and the private Spectator Room upstairs.

Prime

Prime Waterfront Restaurant and Bar

Prime is a modern venue with stylish décor and stunning lake views through floor to ceiling windows.

Located in the centre of town, overlooking Queenstown Bay, Prime has a lift from Rees St and features a balcony, stage, sound system, data projector and lighting bank.

Facilities

In Tatler's Spectator Room and at Prime Waterfront Restaurant and Bar we offer free use of data projector, screen and TV (Sky by arrangement).

Prime has a lighting bank, three-phase power and a mixing-desk for in-house sound. This is ideal for speeches and background music (bands and DJs need to supply their own PA).

Below are additional facilities that can be provided with advance notice of at least three days.
