Tatler and Prime are ideal venues for board meetings, seminars and conferences.

Whether you are planning a serious business meeting for 20, a fun team-building exercise for 100 or a seated lecture with an audience of 150, we can help you with the right venue.

We can also assist with larger functions in association with our neighbours and a marquee; in May 2011 Tatler co-hosted the TRENZ farewell function for 900 guests.

Located in central Queenstown, Prime and Tatler provide ideal spaces for meetings and conferences, featuring views, ambience and facilities not commonly found in hotel function rooms.

Tatler's Spectator Room is an intimate and inviting space with a covered balcony perfect for breakout.

Prime is a spacious, modern venue with a balcony suitable for breakout on fine days although heating and cover is available even on wet days.

Prime is located right next to the main Queenstown Pier so if your team-building exercise involves fishing, you're perfectly placed to enjoy your trout for lunch.

If your event requires the competitive element to be indoors, what about virtual sports with a Nintendo Wii?

At both Tatler and Prime we offer venue-only rental options as well as competitively-priced Day Delegate packages that include morning and afternoon tea and lunch catering.

Venue-hire and Day Delegate packages include use of data projectors and Sky TV, set up and staffing. Additional amenities are available on request.
